My Account shows your items out, hold requests, blocks and personal profile:

There are 2 ways to access My Account:

• by bookmarking http://symphony.taurangalibraries.govt.nz  or
• through the Library website here

At the top right hand corner

• enter your Long Barcode and PIN 
• Login to My Account

Review My Account

Review My Account shows what is on your Library Card:

• Click on Checkouts to see your list of items out
• Click on You Owe or Bills to see your overdues and fines
• Click on Holds to see your hold requests

Renew My Items

• Click on My Account
• Click on Renew My Materials
• Tick the box(es) next to the item(s) you would like to renew
• Click on Renew Selected Items at the bottom of the screen

Search Catalogue and Place Hold Requests

Search Catalogue and Place Hold Requests enable you to place a Hold on the item of your choice:

• Click on Search/Home at top
• Click on down arrow to select search option
• Click on Search to begin
• Use Power Search for advanced search

Place a Hold

• Find the item you want, and click on its Title
• Choose your pickup Library
• Click on Place Hold on the left, for a small fee

Remember to Logout at the bottom of the page.
