Join us for Lunchtime Chair Yoga in celebration of the International Day of Older Persons.
Chair Yoga is a gentle and effective way to improve flexibility, strength and circulation. It is adapted for those who find difficulty in traditional yoga poses due to age, injury or mobility issues. Chair Yoga can help improve mental well-being, improve sleep and digestion, and reduce pain and stress.
This session is led by the Keep on Your Feet team, part of the ACC Live Stronger for longer program dedicated to preventing falls and fractures nationwide.
No experience necessary. Come along to connect and stretch over lunchtime.
